Hey guys,
What I meant in my congratulatory comment was *NOT* that Spider-Man was superfluous, per se. I’m a traditionalist. I like my Fours Fantastic, my Avengers Assembled, my X-Men (preferably) Uncanny, and my Spider-Men Amazing. Spectacular in a pinch. And Peter Parker.
So, to recap. Otto Octavius as Spider-Man = Superfluous. Peter Parker as Spider-Man = Not superfluous. Amazing, even.
